true ! well i would give trading standars a call mate !

then why was it not picked up in the pdi that u dont have them ? if u brought th car and it was stated that zenon were fitted and it is also stated on the build spec it has them did u pay for them (ie are the an optinal extra) then u can take it to trading standards

any reno dealer should able to give u a factory build spec from the chasi number have u tried this

on my s/d cage the front mounting plates had to be welded in the floor pan then the cage bolts to the mounting plate

i foud they made the peadel stiffer

is ure a phase 1 or 2 ? if its a phase 1 have u changed the peadle box as this was modified on the phase 2 to put less tention on the cable

is it a weld in ?

ok just had 1 done on gti girls willy 2, the cable from reno £12 i advise u dont bother with any thing other than a reno 1 as i tried a motaquip on my 16v and it didnt fit properly and i spent 3 hours tring to make it fit i had the cable supplied and fitted for under £50 at bbpt
