solution is to get some big washers beteen the shock and the bolt. easy solution as the bush has no where to go. iv heard of fk's with similar problems tbh. a memeber on here actually had the rear shock go up through into the boot. just because one member ha this problem it doesnt mean everyone...

yeh we got rid of the blue cup thing that sits ontop of the coilover spring and instead used the rubber mount off the old suspension but im not 100% convinced this is right. can anyone who has fitted v maxx coilovers confirm this is correct?
no bother mate. in the last group buy for the v maxx we got them for £304 posted so saving of £100 so if your thinking about them then will be worth while trying to get them through the next group buy
