My 182 will in a heavy rainstorm and if parked on a slope sideways with the drivers side uppermost leak a small amount through the drivers door seal. I park it facing the other way - problem solved!
Yours looks a whole lot worse than that though, reminds me of the sunroof in my 1.8 16v clio...
Ah that doesnt sound good, i unplugged the white connector in the fuse box and the one going to the TB but both were clean. I wonder if its connected to having the belts done a few months back. What would you suggest I do now as I can't get it anywhere with the lack of power.

I think I put this in the wrong section before but basically my 182 has just gone into limp mode with some odd symptoms.
With the ignition on it looks like the first photo them once started the second photo. It won't rev above 3k is a little hesitant to start and the rad fan comes on...
Just tried again, with the ignition on the stop light and Eml is on then when started the service light, Eml and traction control light comes on. It's also a bit spluttery and hesitant to start but then fine once it does.

My abs ring has been cracked for a while now and just not got round to fixing it but yesterday it went into limp mode with the traction control light on, the engine management light and the stop light.
Could this be related to the abs ring?

Been refreshing the suspension on my 182 and noticed the trailing arms are a bit grotty, short of total removal what do you guys do to halt rust? I've thought of just a wire brushing and Acf50 or just wiping over with old engine oil. Is that a bit of a naff idea?

My scorpion took a whole lot of jiggling to get a nice tight fit, it involved packing out the exhaust hanger with rubber to hole it up

Tested them and nothing lights up incorrectly, took both light clusters out and due to my often anal cleaning you could have eaten your dinner off the insides so I'm at a loss as to what was the problem

3M kit ordered, new H&R springs coming next week. I take it the bad connection is likely to be at the lamp end. Clean up of contacts and a spray of ACF50

Basically my 182 has failed the mot for a leaking rear shock and cracked rear eibach sportline spring.
I've got the standard cup pack springs and shocks in my garage so would just putting them on the rear be ok until I can get hold of some more just to get it through the mot which has expired...
Took it in for the belts etc. to be done last night and after a run it seems to be starting fine now so some power is being put back into it but I'll check it when I get it back.
Think it's time to sell unfortunately due to my new van and not using it.
