A hammer to fit coilovers :D sounds like you should have dropped the anti roll bar to give you the room to remove the shock, fair play tho can never understand why people pay a garage to have this done when its perfectly doable on a driveway.
Ive been through periods of hating my 182 but im currently loving it!! thinking of selling it soon so im raggin it when ever possible :) which is most of the time tbh
You get top marks for effort!! not really my cup of venereal discharge but its not prolapse inducingly ugly :) good work!!
I reckon you should get an Anti-Sheep sticker made up for it!! just a thought.
I'd be surprised if you gain 5bhp with an rstuner remap.. it still transforms the way the clio drives!! i would hate too back too a standard map it would be horrible!!
No way on earth i'd spend £250-350 on a remap but rstuner as worth every penny!!
WTF i read this thread from the start and i was going to post the exact same thing!! how very amusing :D
I think the lesson here is.. Dont do drugs kids!!
..Seems a very odd statement tbh, driven along side suggests your driving in a straight line.. and isnt handling something you feel? how can you observe it from another car?
I think its fair to say when it comes to suspension you get what you pay for.. with the possible exception of leda's cliosport application, which i believe carries a high price tag and provides questionable results.
I would say matte black 1.2's (i prefer 1's tbh) i wanted them but ended up with anthracite pro race 1's which are sweet and look good in either 15 or 16 but i prefer 15's for extra go and manoeuvrability :)
When i was 17 i got in on a first years free insurance deal!! it was on a ford ka tho.... still insane risk on fords part if you ask me, guaranteed those days are long gone and will never return :( bad times.
My renewal quotes are a joke even with 11 years no claims!!
for all the bother its never guna be worth it, ive had a 1.2 and a 1.6 and the difference between them isnt worth the hassle, the 182/172 is a different ball game wait till you can get one and o be honest by the time you can afford to buy/run one you will probably want something more powerful.
