Ok, hope to get it all done in one full day so should be sweet, i'll crank it a few times with the coil off too throw some oil up before i start it too.
Do you need to run a new engine (rebuilt) at all?

Just ordered some ACL big end race bearings for it :) Got the mains, bottem end gasket set, thrust bearings and a headgasket too.
Will get new bolts if they have streched past 117 (iirc)

The induction noise is deafing when hard on the gas (the noise makes you weak at the knees lol), the pops are just as loud!
When you drive around normally its like a normal f4R but with a bit more of a snarl!
The pops are going tomorow! Phew!

I'll just see what the machine shop says, I don't want to create work etc, just want it to be right and a few people have mentioned it to me!
http://motorsport.rallynuts.com/renderitem.asp?ctid=2166&prid=3725 can get a ceramatlic plate from here but i would still need a pressure plate, which im not sure there is any point of having that disc with a OEM pressure plate? lol
