Has anyone had this carried out ? What sort of time to complete 2-3 hours ? I'm going to get a new Pump , Pulley and belt from renault but i think i'm going to take it to get fitted and tentioned correctly. Any ideas on labour cost for this ? Unless there is anyone local who fancies...

I will be looking to purchase a full system for my clio soon. Which to go for Ktec or Yozza ? I doubt it will be this month as it looks like my PAS steering pump needs replacing so that going to cost alot of money for a replacement and to be fitted ! Not sure where to get it fitted...

i think its prbably the bearing because just before it started leaking i did hear a noise when the VVT kicked in and im sure it would do it again if i drove it

i cant see any visible leaks from the pipes but its leaking on the drive. going to remove the wheel to see if i can see from there. i reckon its from the bearing. whats the best way to get a good look at the pump without removing the belts etc ?

I need a Full workshop Manual for my Clio 172 as i dont have information. I have searched on here and the RS tuner link does not work that i found. also found a website that has bits from a manua. can anybody help me please. :D

Just going to check to see if its leaking from the pressure switch all the fluid has gone from the reservoir and it looks really black and dirty around where the switch screws into the pipework ! I hope its just this and not the pump itself !

Started the car and a horrible screeching noise while trying to turn. Checked the resevoir and it has lost some fluid ! Either the pump is leaking or soemthin related ? Ive never seen the pump due to the position of it ! Any tips for the best way to get at it and remove it without any...

Do you have to take the exhaust off and heat shield to drill the 2 holes into the chassis. I was going to drill two holes into the exhaust channel but obviously to fit the stress plates underneath ?

Its amazing what a hammer can do lol, yeah i think the flat head screwdriver technique on a torx bolt would be hard even for superman but he would just get his lazer eyes on the job !

Yeah ive bolted the outer to the OEM mount Mr pink, its just for the two insides ones, got 2 trs stress plates and a green TRS tow strap :approve:

managed to get it out, after thinking of many different things to try, i got a torx bit and a hammer and whacked the torx into the bolt head and hey presto !

Yeah its a torx bolt and i think there strenghthened ! would the irwin bolt grip fastener remover work ?

do you know if they will grip the bolt on the lower part of the B pillar, its a round head bolt

Any ideas how to get this bolt out, it looks like the head is rounded from previous owner :( Any ideas how i can get this out, I know these are pretty damn tight snap fit fro removing the other one !

I dont think so i just think these provide additional strength when bolted up
