You sure you're using an iPhone charger and not an older firewire iPod charger?

Apple dropped firewire support for iPod quite a few iPods ago but left the firewire 12V supply for charging, they did however tell all accessory manufacturers to NOT to use the firewire supply in future accessories as it wouldn't be supported.....

Yeah, after I got put through to apple the guy eventually told me just to take it into the closest store and a "genius" would look at it and then they'd replace it.

Yeah...when I told them that my accelerometer was faulty the response I got (in as many words) was... "Have you tried turning it off and back on again". Yes I have, I'm not a r****d.

Coooool. mobileme is rather sweet it has to be said. :) I think any issues the moment are simply due to the servers being hit and it only just coming online.... Glad I'm not the only one who thinks that about the screen! (OMGWTF!!11!!1! da scrn iz ylw. OMFG!!!)

It seems to work fine for me.....I think the servers are just getting hit hard at the moment with the whole world all playing at the same time....The bloke in the Apple store on saturday said they were selling a lot of mobileme accounts. I'm sure in the next week it'll all settle down, the web...

3G looks considerably better than the old one imho, really not sure what all the fuss is about. The old one looks harsh as compared the 3G and you only notice the colour temperature difference if you doing a side by side comparison.

I tried an obscure local band from cambridge who released a single album and it found that! Seriously impressive!

Yeah..It's "currently" free, so I assume they'll charge for it at some point. I've chucked loads of obscure stuff at it as well, I'm trying to trip it up!

Yeah, the charging is different on the 3g.... My second favourite app after Remote is Shazam. I've never used shazam (f**k paying for it), but it's seriously impressive. I've given it all sorts of random crap and it's recognised it from the other side of the room.
