You need to make sure that the system you have actaully has an optical input for your xbox/ps3. Most of the ones that come with a dvd player are just 5.1 for the dvd player, and may offer a phono input for a console or something, but that will just be stereo, not surround.

I have sorted out the top section of ph2 lights no problem, i just dont own a ph2 to make a guide. You just have to use some elbow grease, to get them out you have to take a fair bit off the light.
