Hip Hip Hooray ! (well done to you too Jas! and the other admins)

When we went on the France trip we had a few runs against CTRs and it was pretty close. The CTR has a long 3rd gear which helps it in the runs but if the 172 got off first then it usually managed to stay ahead, and if the CTR got of first, it stayed ahead. Was very well matched. Jolly good fun !

... that even tho ive had my car over six months (and had several problems with it) I still love it soo much and enjoy driving it !!! Also, you guys have helped me enjoy it more with the events and meets :) Happy happy joy joy !!! Now off to the pub :)

Actually, the only wear I have had on my wheel (just over 7k) is from my steering lock - its the autolock 2000 type (half disc) and its slightly flattened the top half of the wheel but hasnt actually worn anywhere.

Since Ive had my 172 my motorway speeds have increased terribly - I used to drive a 306 DTurbo and that was very happy around the 80-90 mark, unfortunately the 172 is happy in the 80-!20 mark - eek ! Naughty naughty - I do however spend most time at around 85-90

When I got my 172 I bought * 70NY * to go on the car for £250, looked for 70NY but that way £40k !!! so I added my initials and bingo :)
