Didn't realise the MK1 was on Nitrons. mmmmmm
Also I thought the RB was on cooksport springs. Shows how good my memory it.
But yeah I see what you're saying.
The RB colour though is beautiful.
Really nice seats mate.
I'm in the process of ordering some new bolts now for mine.
Out of interest why did you replace the pinch bolt if the ball joint is the same?
I can't stop looking at your photos in this thread lol. Must have been though them a ridiculous amount of times now. Such an amazing job you've done with this car.
I'll have a look on Youtube now, sounds very interesting. Still can't understand how it doesn't affect threads or flake off...
Re: E36 Track Day Hack (v2)
Looks like an proper car you've built there. Seems to be absolutely flying.
Flies past those Clios like they're nothing. What power does it have? I must have missed it...
Good driving too.
Some good progress so far mate. Car looks smart.
Where did you get the TD 1.2s so cheap? Wouldn't mind a set myself at that price!!
Also, desperately need to change my aerial, what does that S2000 one look like fitted mate?
Ahhhh man that's such s**t news to hear :(
Such a shame about the car, but at least you walked away from the crash, that's the most important thing. And as you say, luckily there was no one in there with you at the time.
I bet you'll be feeling pretty sore this morning though.
Did you notice...
If you're going for ITBs in the first place then why would you even consider sacrificing some of the power and torque just to keep the slam panel and not have aero catches?
Makes no sense to me.
Unless you are really against the catches for some reason.
Does look tidy in that photo though...
