I'm still looking gregg...want to make sure I get a mint one if I'm spending that sorta money on a car. It's mental how many s**t heaps are about and the want 9k for it just because it's an EVO!!
And as for the MLR website....seems to me that they think just because it's been MLR owned it's...
Well I failed.
Couldn't get the front lambda sensor out for s**t. Was in the garage today so got them to do it.
They used 2 replacement lambda's As didn't want them to snap off in the de-cat, and put my standard cat back on for £30. Happy with that.
Plus they managed to fit my driveshaft.
I require a new driveshaft as my inner gaiter is split.
Place that is doing only have cup shafts in which they reckon will fit but on doing searching they won't?
He was sure it would fit (place is cit-ren) but they have no ABS rings for a start.
G220 is Dual Action oscialltion (Ie round and round and up and down at the same time (kinda))
Rotary is just round and round.
Rotary's are said to be more agressive.
I just sold my Kestrel Das-6 (Dual Action) as I have a silverline Rotary now.
I fired it up for the first time in about 2 months.
Kept getting nailed by a SPAS from bloody miles away constantly. And snipped when it no where near me.
So I rage quit :)
Ended up getting the flexipads ones (125mm and 75mm)
did see the LC ones but went for the flexi ones...no idea why!
Im alllreet Jamie! Hows you?? New car is looking good :)...My Monahoe is going soon though :(
As above Im putting getting rid of my de-cat and putting standard cat back on tomorrow..Any tips??
It will be on my 4 poster we have here at work and I have freakishly hobbit sized hands so im hoping I should be ok??
Seems the worst part is the nuts on the manifold end??
I have a Rotary now and require some backing plates. Just wanted some views on which ones others use??
Im looking at..

And this...
Aye it's not bad, all your paying for with Born To Be Mild is the name in my opinion.
Tropicare do some decent stuff. I'd certainly consider buying it if I didn't have BTBM and supernatural to use up!!!
Ahhh after reading it properly I see...skipped most of the video too.
Although I still bet it would leave watermarks (albeit maybe not as noticeable) on untreated cars (not everyone wax's remember)
Eh?? That wont help?? That will just get rid of any crap/limestone etc in hard water areas.
Might be alright on an overcast day but no way will it have that effect in direct sun??
Plus that car on the video is blatently protected with wax etc which most people wont have on.
