Cup driveshaft on 172

I require a new driveshaft as my inner gaiter is split.

Place that is doing only have cup shafts in which they reckon will fit but on doing searching they won't?

He was sure it would fit (place is cit-ren) but they have no ABS rings for a start.

they're 1 piece not 2, have no ABS ring, and are a different overall length.

So no

Thats what I said but he was adament (sp) that it would.

Said he put one on his PH2 race 172 only last week. :S

Well went to cit-ren and they put a cup one on there.

Complete with ABS ring. Was a 1 piece one and things are all fine. My original is fucked!
