ps a 172 is 12k ish. CTRs are about 14.5K and insurance is dearer so those are things to take into consideration.

Can probably resolve this argument by saying that a Cup IS a 172 but with no ABS and no A/C rest of the stuff about race chassis etc is probably marketing spin.

Mine gets a wash once a week and a polish once a month. anything more than that is taking up valuable driving time.

lol @ cruise control. I never maintain the same speed on a motorway, too busy diving in and out of the lanes. You should have ordered a Mondeo m8 ;)

Just read in the supermarket 172 post about a dealer saying that import cars are less reliable hehehe. When I picked my 172 up the handover muppet told us that hed had one as a company car earlier in the year and written it off (funny cos the staff car park was full of low spec mondeos etc) and...

its a minor point really but watch out for motorpoint as they will add about £800 in fees onto that price. One incredibly enough is for a pre delivery inspection (obviously important on a brand new car lol) Opt out of all the extras tho and their true on the road price is about 12.5k which is...

Sat nav = GPS = Satellites in the sky, nowt to do with yer wheels. A Satnav system could be linked to the speedo but what would the point in that be? If you go in a tunnel how would your satnav know where you were going even if it was linked to the speedo???

got to 130 on my private runway ( I call it the m62) corners were getting awful tight so backed off. That was quick enough for me. Cant remember what the rev limiter was doing but I wasnt really thrashing it to do 130. Crazy really :)

wont even touch this side m8. If it is drawing too much power your lights will dim slightly in time with the bass. But chances of a 240watt amp doing that are very small!
