    8.2mpg when nailing the 182....

Yeah if you're driving around 60-65 then you should be getting 45-odd to the gallon I'd expect.

    8.2mpg when nailing the 182....

It's not bad once you have a few miles under your belt, but until it sorts itself out, it'll throw out an inaccurate reading.

    My new £900 PH1 172 - running - Yes, another bargain!

Unbelievable bargin, even with a few hundred quid that it'll gobble up in no time! But it looks like Titanium in those pics?

172 Cup doing 0-60 in about 5 secs?

I'd say both the vids are pulling pretty well after 70 'indicated' tbh.

    Auto trader... doesnt seem right

I'm hoping the 'relative' rarity of mine would hold it in slightly better stead than most if I chose to sell - plus the fact that I bought it for pittance. I'd fancy a swap for a Meggy, their prices are fairing a bit better though I think...

    My exclusive

Ah right, thought it had different wheels at FCS? Still, the scraping was worth it mate, best exclusive I've seen without a doubt.

Anyone have a ph1 172 with colour coded bump strips?

^Indeed, did you remove the strips before painting!?!

Anyone have a ph1 172 with colour coded bump strips?

Keep standard - I put on CC'd Ph2 strips and went back to black on my old Ph1. If you HAVE to colour-code, then make it a set of Ph2 strips.

    New Sticker.

Wasn't sure what it was for until you mentioned the 'joke' amongst the Bristolians, but... ... you remap cars? What's your going rate sunshine?

    Problems with 02

Re: f**king O2 knobs The phone is probably guaranteed through Blackberry, not o2, mate. Contact them directly and see what they can do. Still, a trademark of the normal kind of service we, the public, receive from companies that know they have us under a barrel... it wouldn't have taken them...

    188.88 for 4 T1-R's?

£45 each for 16's is pretty good, don't think I saw them that cheap anywhere I looked when I was shopping for new tyres...

    Eibach Springs. Advice please

I'll buy the springs off you if you have no luck :) As said, I'm sure a garage will be able to help with the wealth of tools they have available, and at least you'll know if cutting them off is the only available option...

    8.2mpg when nailing the 182....

32's alright if it's all town driving and short distances. My average is between 29 and 31 mot of the time, up to 40ish on motorway journeys.

    My V6

Almost as rude as taking over someone's thread in a mini-rant ;) Lovely cars, these. I think the pods would look great with a couple other black bits. Saw one at FCS which was all blue and black - lovely.

    iOS "must have" apps

Re: iphone appstore must haves? Quite possibly mate, I was heading back from town around then - I live in Regent Sq (just by Shaul's Bakery in Heavitree). Sorry, didn't see you! Was I driving like a hooligan, trying to get my broken exhaust to rattle!?!

    iOS "must have" apps

Re: iphone appstore must haves? Cheers, all fine now. Did sync it yesterday but the missus has managed to do all sorts of weird things to it today! Her preferred message tone is now not 'sounding' when she receives messages, despite the fact that al the other tones work fine...

    iOS "must have" apps

Re: iphone appstore must haves? When I try to connect to the Appstore, it links to the American store, the apps of which I can't download because my Apple store account is UK only... how do I get to the UK store / find UK-only apps?

Connecting iphone 3g to wireless network?

My missus has just got an iphone and it's all a fun learning curve, but i can't seem to connect it to my Sky wireless network. I've entered the network key, which works for every PC and the PS3, as the password, but it just says it can't connect. Any ideas?

    Black Vee (Pemrboke) & 172 Cup (M4 East-bound) - this weekend

Saw a Blue 172 Cup on the M4 East-bound at Cardiff, on Friday evening, around 7pm. And then I bumped into a guy with a black Mk2 Vee in Asda petrol station in Pembroke Dock this afternoon (with v6clio.net sticker). Lovely stuff. :)
