Renault are aware of this problem and they have done a repair kit - contact your local dealer and give them your reg. There are 2 kits...a stage 1 and a stage 2 in case the 1st one doesnt work.

Very common fault - you dont need to take it to Renault. Simply remove the engine cover and disconnect each coilpack one at a time whilst the engine is running. When you remove the good coilpacks the engine tone will lower causing a misfire - when you remove the lead going to the faulty coilpack...
Theres plenty you can do to reduce wheel spin but it will affect the rest of the cars handling - especially round bends. Personally i would try a semi slick road tyre and run it at about 26psi - remember as the tyre becomes warmer the pressure will increase.
