1800 jesus, thats abit high aint it,
it is a big step but when ur 21 your mature ;)and gettin old :dapprove: so should work out cheaper + i live in A zone for insurance which helps,
Oh didnt think of that lol,
i kno its cheaper to insure as its not a sport model, but tax id though should be the same as others, il just wait till if informed Dvla then i can have a right shock lol,..
because it wont work with my key, and the nearest Renault is 45+miles away, + on renault rates per hour it would be close to £250 to get the ecu programed to my key
Just had a quote fomr Paul @ Rs tuner to get the ECU De-Imob and its £150+vat (172.50) bit steep, or is that the going rate for these to get done,
do we get a Discount if were CS member by anychance :)
Haha sorry fella,
i mean from outside as you look into the car, but ye big block is on the nearside but the brake fluid pot is on the offside, so really can i just move it slightly higher from were its at now, or would i need to move it?
i have found some rust bubbles on the top of my car, were the roof is then theres like a strip, well its on there :(
also on the boot behinde the number plate :( il get that smoothed off and velcro the plates on
oh s**t, right ok, so would it be just a simply drill, and fix mount, or is it more to that?
is it best to remove the subframe out, after putting engine/gearbox in, so i can see were to line it up and drill, or do it all outside the car?
sorry riley, ye the big block on the bottom right with loads ov pipes is the brake resevoir:o my bad, i was talkin about the Brake fluid pot thats currently on the left hand side on a 1.2,
right ok, iv currently emailed a few people who are breaking 172, so just hopefully theyl be willing to remove the loom for me,
What do you mean drill a hole for mounts ? im gettin 172 mounts with the engine, so they should be just bolt in..
Would love to get the whole front end, but then...
s**t thats what i didnt wan to hear, Dash loom :( so if i get hold of a dash loom from a 172 or 182, will it all plug in and work?
Why would i need to drill a hole in the subframe Fred?
ye brakes will be upgraded hopefully to the big brake kit from k-tec :)
sorry riley went off to bed last night lol,
here are the two pics to compare :)
1.2
and sport
With this body loom i have no idea, surely it just connects to everything inside then into Ecu just like a normal, wouldnt see any reason why it would tho,
Who are the company in germany fella ...
Crist that was fast Riley,
We i will be keeping the brakes res same place, just moving the heder tank tbh, will work out easier if we do in the long run,
£50, saw that foxy payed £150 to get his done, is RS tuner the best place to get it done at ?
First off dont call me a n00b for this lol, but luke wanted me to have some reasurance before i comit on doing the conversion..
As i have a 1.2 iv been wanting a sport for a while, but since i have to keep the clio for another 2years may aswell do this. & just to clarify i wont be doing it on...
