What's wrong with Wests?

Buy a fair one for £4.5k, track it, have fun in it, then sell for a fair amount. Buy a dog, have to spend loads of money on things that keep going wrong, then have difficulty selling it on. No thanks.

I'd be very wary of a DIY cambelt change, they require specialist tools to be done right. I'd much rather find one that had been carried out by an experienced RenaultSport specialist.

In that case it's plain as day for me. Turbocharge the Kangoo and turn it into a super-sleeper, then use the Trophy as the weapon it was made to be - on fast-road and track!

Get it rolling roaded, but that's massive overkill if you ask me. That's the only way to find out how strong the engine really is. It's a 182 though, it will be there or thereabouts, you're unlikely to get one with 130bhp!

I don't know what everyone's problem is with the guy's business sense. He sells things at ridiculously high prices - if you don't like it, don't buy it. It's one of the most basic concepts of economics - supply & demand. If someone out there buys his products at the price he advertises them...
