If you're going to just do a belt change, Fletcher, perhaps it would be worthwhile considering an RS2? You can sell it when you go for bodies and not lose a great deal of money, but you'll reap the benefits in the meantime. Just another option to mull over...

Your favourite mod you've done to your Clio?

Aesthetically a 3/4 front plate is one of my favourite mods. Partly because it transforms the look of the front end, and partly because it's such good value.

AG HD - chalky appearance when buffed off. Too thickly applied or left to cure for too long?

SORN for 6 months - practical considerations?

Is this better than leaving it standing but running the engine for 10 minutes once a fortnight, and turning the car around on the drive each time?

SORN for 6 months - practical considerations?

For those of you who declare you car SORN and only tax & run it for 6 months of the year, how do you choose when to put it away and when to bring it back out to play? To make the most of the British summer, do you run it between 1 April and 30 September? Also, how best do you look after a car...

    Contactless Payment via NFC

I've got an NFC sticker and a linked account. If I lost my phone with attached sticker I'd just go online and stop any transactions (by which time all my funds would have probably been spent anyway), but the facility is there if you're quick enough.

All the Best Cars seem to be miles away

No offence mate but your post strikes me as a bit odd, almost like the comments of a very young driver. It's like the basics of any questions you'd ask when buying any car second hand - what's it's service history, has it ever been in an accident, what's the general condition, tax, MOT, tyres...
