Re: car i bought has s**te brakes they are supposed to have plenty left. They did seem to bite a bit more after a bit of use. May be they have never been bedded in properly like i did for my ds2500s.

Has pagid fast road pads and some discs from bb performance tuning. They are shite! Pedal is rock solid due to braided hoses. Could it be anything else affecting the braking?

professional is questionable. The only hard bit i found is getting the lacquer correct, the rest is easy peasy.

easy to remove. I t cut some off a mates red ford something or other. Good as new.

I think you know it is already. I dont think they are too expensive, never replaced one.

probably wheel bearing. does steering wheel vibrate? I think mine was due to a buckled wheel, but thought it was a driveshaft.

ok, but does day insurance cover non standard cars? Last time i did it for a trophy, £15 for the day. Do you know a really cheap place? I may as well part ex my car, and lose some money if insurance for two is going to be too much.

if its a sport. common recomendation is 5w40 fully synthetic.

wont help imo, maybe injectors will add a bit if you remap again. But those components are only stronger versions of the originals, designed for use with performance engines.

For £4500 I'll sell you the cooling rig i setup at work, it has two huge radiators about a metre long and 3 jet pumps, with a 200 litre tank. Would probably cool your chip pretty well, it can handle 24kW.:D
