If you format the HDD and re-install using the Dell Win7 DVD then it will just install a "fresh" copy of Windows
I have done it quite a few times on Dell machines using Vista DVD's.
Well you would connect the PS3/Media Player and the Sky HD box (if it is a HD box) to the amp via HDMI and that would carry the video/audio to the TV and obviously the audio would go through the 5.1 speakers connected to it.

I dont always bother with the cover art etc etc, there is a specific program out there that will create it all for you and the ones I have done it on have turned out great.
Yes it plays them in full HD and its true Blu-Ray. I watched Avatar the other day through it and the quality was immense...

I have a 2TB external HDD with all my Blu-ray films on which I play through my Mede8er Media Player, works a treat :).
It plays the films that are the true original blu-ray folders but in an iso format.
Yes you could either get a USB wireless dongle or even a PCI card. Alternatively you could get some of those Home Plugs that turns your existing house power wiring into a "network"
