I personally would have done the same thing as you and gone for the 172 to be honest. Scoobies are just so common now IMHO, still nice cars but they must cost a bit to maintain and run.

That is what puts me off the mods is the insurance costs ! Are there any companies that do not charge for mods ? It is ridiculous the prices they charge ! I mean.... £135 for wheels Tesco wanted ! The car comes with alloys and they charge you even if you change them to the same size ...

That is an amazing price considering the plate you got ! I am STILL fighting with myself about buying that plate ! It is getting harder and harder to say no everyday !

Similar thing happened to me last week, someone opened their door into mine and left a nice ripple for me to look at everyday ! Getting it done by someone recommended to me after Xmas, should be around £35 I was told. So annoying when this happens, really makes me mad ! :@

Down in Bournemouth it was -1c this morning, feels around the same at the moment, truly knobbling !

I only use normal unleaded, 4800 miles now and no ill effects from what I have seen and if the 1/4 miling was anything to go by then my car was around the same as guys using Optimax sooooooooo......... I dunno if it makes a difference.

CSB, I hate minis and always have so I would never own one and someone who pays £1000 more for 2nd hand than new has issues IMHO......
