No worries, the last time I did any web design, it was back when you could away with just using html all the way! Wouldn't know where to start with flash, etc...
I'm not sure if it still applies, but back in the day when search engines like altavista were popular, you used to have to hide loads of key words in your index.html page. It was this page that the search engines searched key words for, so when they found a relevant word, they'd put it in their...
Re: someph-ing different...........
Sorry matey, didn't mean 'suspect' - just that the wheels themselves look a little odd without any other flashes of colour, but as you build up the yellow effect I genuinely think it'll look spot on. It'll be the last little bits that bring it all together...
Re: someph-ing different...........
Think this'll look excellent when all finished mate, will look suspect all the way through until finishing touches bring it all together.
Word of advice - remove the lining on the bonnet - it'll rub against the engine cover and ruin your paintwork.
Ok, for no particular reason, it works again! Over the last three days I've taken this PC apart and put it back together in all manner of combinations, and, for some reason, it's decided to work.
Go figure...
Basically, when I start my computer of a morning, the monitor says that there is no signal. The PC seems to start fine as it always has done, but the monitor just stays off. I switch it on, but it just says that no signal is found and goes back into power saving mode.
Now I've tried changing...
I've always stuck with Norton, as I've never had any issues, but the damn think just eats up memory.
Anyone use any decent free/cheap antivirus software that's smaller and will run in the background with less slowdown?
Yeah I am so far mate, cheers. It's a lot more boaty than the Clio but I knew that anyway - so much comfier and generally a better car for what I need. I also think that with the remap it's had, straight-line speed isn't too shabby either, but I'll have to get to an airfield meet to test that...
AFAIK they don't have to give you a VAT inclusive price, but they need to state that the price is +VAT if not included... it's probably in the small print somewhere!
Why's that Neil?
As for Dan's quality of work, aside from everything else, I've had him work on my car once and I have to say it was very well done. I was there with him when he did it though, so can't account for bigger jobs that you can't monitor the progress of!
Lol, the more I look at it, the more I like it! Genuinely.
Fair enough if it was just a normal road-going car, but if the whole point is a loud, brash, road-going track sl@g then I think it's awesome. Finish it off with a blue cage inside... sweet.
Sorry to hear dude... you are quite an intimidating guy though! ;)
Well done for what comes across as a genuine, unbiased account of a deal gone wrong. Do you think maybe he's not kept track of the receipts, or bought parts through other sources?
I have had one dealing with Dan and I have to...
