It's worth clearing the cache in the program now and again. I found mine doesn't update unless I do. TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> CACHE

i think we'll go with option 4 (2mb, 40gig cap + free wireless router) + broadband talk evening and weekend plan. All works out at so much more than our NTL package :(

indeed it does :S BT seem pretty reliable all round and they offer a free wireless router.

Anyone got one? I'm a bit confused reading the spec. My current SB Live! has 3 inputs for my surround sound (front/rear/centre+sub - i have 3 jacks from my SS system) The audigy range only has one output for all of them.... how would I connect my surround sound up to that?

The FEAR patch for this specific problem sorted it out although I'll have a look to see if there is newer firmware - cheers mate lol a fair few updates since the firmware i had. I had 2.2 and i've just installed 3.6. Have to see if it improves things :)

well the patch didn't sort it but i found a seperate exe patch that support provide. Someone had hosted it on a forum, it's done the job for FEAR authentication.

Being an impatient b*****d I've just been out and got the highest wattage PSU that pc world sold (nowhere else appears to be open) which was a Jeantech 450watt with the biggest fan i have seen in a psu (120mm!) Fingers crossed now!

I checked the reviews before ordering and they were all good, so kinda hoped it was half decent. (extremely decent price lol)
