Got to love copy protection on software though, we protect our software with a dongle and in the 6 years it's been out it's not been cracked yet, despite all the requests for cracks I see when I'm browsing places like that. :)

Sky don't own the satellite, any third party (as in sky are a third party too) can by transponder space and start broadcasting - due to ofcom these channels can buy a space in the Sky EPG and sky are obliged to provide. There's an awful lot of sh*te channels on sky that I'm sure they would...

I've played with a 1GB core-duo mac-mini and it was very good, very fast and played the 1080 HD content from apples site without a problem. I've got a G4 powerbook (and powermac) and I was suitably impressed. I'd get a DVI-HDMI cable, I think we got one 12 quid one from some random site and it...

You can dual boot or use parallels to run windows in a window. Yes Vista isn't based on Mac OS X. lol. And intel based macs do allow you to use windows!

I think apple know where they missed out first time around on the powerpc mini, I think they want everybody to have a mac mini sitting in their lounge as a one stop media shop......

front row can play HD stuff? I've done it on the intel mac mini. Leopard wont be out until at least the end of the year, that's a pretty long wait......

wifi is enabled *permanantly* on this phone, you cannot switch it off. You can only lower or disable the scan time (which does make a slight difference to battery life) but the wifi itself remains powered.

Given that it specifically pictures the N80 & N91 as compatible devices on their official website now, i'd say they've produced a signed version for the V3 OS. I'd would this that you have an older version of the installer.

It might not have the best GPU around, but in all other respects it's fast as f**k. You have to bear in mind that apple did not intend it as a games machine, it's a replacement for the bulky PC that for 95% of people is only used to surf the web, check for mail and do the odd bit of word...

Played the 1080 trailers direct from frontrow into my bosses mahoosive plasma TV (dvi->hdmi) without any problem, that was on a core duo mini.

Seeing as you've mentioned omniweb, I'll mention omnigraffle which I used to created lovely looking flowcharts for our windows software, seeing as I couldn't actually find any windows software that created flowcharts that looked anywhere near as sexy!
