I just nod and agree most of the time tbh! Need something to clean all the plastics/alcantara before I can put them in. From searching I found that you just use a brush on the alcantara and possibly AG 101 for the plastics?

People make mistakes, but trying to cover mistakes by more mistakes etc, it all seems abit bodged. After all the problems with the R27, you would think your fate would turn to a lighter cloud! I'm sure all this will end well as you deserve it.
