Re: My saxo vtr - Recaro pole positions/b8's/stripped!
Love it mate! I really rate the VTR, gf had one for 3 years (standard) other than the crap brakes it was a hoot to drive!
Just NO!. Had GAZ before, utter s**te!! Do a search on that one lol
If i was in the market for a middle of the road kit, i would go for something like the FK Konigsport kits. Hell i have the Billstein kit on mine and think that can be too stiff lol
If not, each cap is around a tenner new...... Or a trip to the scrappers to see if the diamonds are the same size as any other Renault alloy/wheel trim?
Push out the diamonds. Then use some cutting polish on the caps (t-cut would do if you aint fussed) then finish with some SRP. Then attack the diamonds in similar fashon. Pop em back in, bobs your uncle!
Interesting, the MF car i had a go in was pretty stiff to be fair (like my Billsteins), i'm sure mine is just set too low. Needs more travel to make it more compliant imo.

I use standard. There is no way you'll clean all the crap out of an ITG, it has some sort of sticky tar type stuff in the middle. You cant 'clean' that
