Sounds like you have got it all covered then dude. But I'm sure the specialist you use will advise you what else you could do whilst there and what is probably needed. Maybe steering rack bushes or similar.
Maybe the water pump. The specialist you chose might be able to advice you if it's likely to be on its way out or not.
Specialists near you I've used are Micheal Woodford Motrposrt up in Staines and Matt at CodeRed Motorsport in Tunbridge Wells.
Both great guys that know their stuff!
Depends what you want the car for.
If it's a track day toy then get a 172 cup or Ph1.
If it's a road car then get a 182 Full Fat (which means with both cup packs) because this has a few more luxuries.
Anyway back to the OP.
Whats the power of the engine?
And because its an M-Sport does that mean its got some M goodies? Brakes, suspension or steering wheel?
Im new to BMW so still learning.
Definitely the best colour though!!
I think the 1 series looks good with a soft top. One of very few soft top cars I like the look of with the roof up. But then again I am biased now.
The 3 series convertible just looks toooooooooo long. I really can't get on with how it looks with the roof down. Like it's been stretched...
I didn't mean one the road! I think I'm the slowest road driver known to man.
I was talking of a comparison from when I used my standard wheels on track before I got a set of track wheels with R888s.
I'd be after tyres for track only, they'd never see the road.
Not true. I fought an insurance company for a good two months. They tried to write off my car and failed. In the end they gave up because of all the costs racking up and gave me what I wanted all along.
Car looks great Chris.
Try and get it on a rolling road before you start any engine work though. Then when it's all done or part done you can get another power run done on the same rolling road to make comparisons.
