Thats some movie/sound clips so you can hear if it sounds 'sporty' :)
It will fit onto a MK2 172 yes, and indeed it will give you 8-10bhp with a less restrictive exhaust system/decat. It's not a DIY job though and getting the manifold bolts undone can be a complete pain in the arse.
Ill sell you my K750 for £150! Then you can take perfect pictures. Includes marco, 4x digital zoom, b&w/sepia/negative and obviously carlos zeissioso lens!
Perfect for detailing pictures too.
So im going to gain 5mm (10mm overall) of track?
Hmm...anybody else fitted Turini's and found that the gain in track makes the ride/handling ropey?
Cheers.
Hi there,
Picking up some turini's (16" off a cup) this weekend for my mk2 172, and was wondering if the offset is liable to cause any rubbing if/when i get my coilies.
Whats the offset difference on OE 172 wheels compared to turini's?
Cheers.
Aye Bilsteins would be very nice, but thats serious amounts of wedge, wedge that i canny justify on a car that upto now hasn't seen track usage. Would be lovely to get some if the price was lower mind, but circa £1200(?) well....ouch!
Ok thanks He-man. I mean i set my Koni's up 3/4 firmness anyway, so im used to that side of things, just wondered if the improvement is that marked.
Could be an idea, but depends on demand i guess. At the moment i dont want to commit to coilies before i get opinion on how good/bad they are...
Reet, this months pay is on the horizon. So do i buy some coilovers (thinking FK Highsports/Konigsports) and lower my car, or do i stick with what i have.
Currently the car is sitting on Koni Adjustables paired with Eibach prolines, which gives a good enough ride quality and decent handling...
Theres a tool called Copypod which i have at home, which will let you export music. I can host it for you later if you can't find it.
Also if you can get version 0.7 of Ipod Agent (back when it was freeware) that will let you do it too.
Right just spoke to O2 upgrades/retentions on 0800 0288151 (freephone). The release schedule for the N series are as follows on O2:
N91 - 15th May
N80 - 22nd May
No pricing structures are available just yet, but calling in a weeks time should get results. Those are CONFIRMED dates.
Cheers.
Indeed, butt pictures yes. Nemo pictures no.
Interesting Jonas, I used to go school with that lad. He also lives/lived in stoke golding. We should organise a day Go Karting, that would be top banana like - but no girls allowed, my bird can't drive and women + go karts means disaster.
YOOOOOHOOOOO
Hey chaps, aye was good to meet some new (and old faces). Was bloody cold, and i had way too much to sort out this weekend (had to drive upto Nottingham 1/2 hour later). Incidentally i saw your Mrs in Nuneaton Jonas with some other guy... :P
Nah, i know the chap, seems were all...
Actually the tide has shifted negatively for BR over the last 2 months, a lot of companies who were formerly only going to produce BR discs are now stating that they too will make HD-DVD discs, as they're cheaper to make, cheaper to sell, and will be the driving force behind the consumer market...
HD-DVD will win the format battle, Blu-Ray has already been dropped by a couple of film studio's due to the production and process costs. The only thing i can see thats likely to bolster Blu-ray sales is the PS3. But by then HD-DVD will have had a 6 month head start on Blu-ray.
Theres also the...
Pretty sure the Safecom and Origo ranges use the same chipsets. Try this driver:

That should work perfectly, but if not then try the link below.

First port of call mate would be to download:
Spybot S&D
Adaware
Update those programs and run them, theres a good chance some of you pop-up phlight might be a result of adware and other registry entries.
Then install the microsoft pop-up blocker, as they are pretty standard in what they do...
