I agree with plugs n gearbox oil but you maswell use elf engine oil 5/40 evolution can get it on eBay 5.1L but I used carlube oil and wasn't that good used evolution and engine ran sweet

Also your oxy sensor can bring up misfire code in cases could be few things to check really and kinda egnor first reply

Have you replaced ht leads or coil and maybe by any any chance have you put leads on wrong

The misfire code is a generic codes and not renault so might not be right what car is it

Top of gearbox but to be honest don't think it's that get the fault code read because it's guessing games now cause it ain't throttle body which is most common

Tdc sensor or air mass really you need to plug a reader in but least you've done the throttle body now just double check you've connected it all up propley but to be fair I wouldn't spend any money to you get the code read and cleared really
