i didnt notice detailingfinesse
some of the guys on here giving advice would make 95% of us on here look like less than BWAB's, so take there advi e and suggestions with good will as it will only better you
love the 156, would like a GTA myself.
anyone used autofinesse powerseal on here? got a bottle to try out but im not overly keen on machine application as only have a rotary. will be trying it by both hand and machine over tough prep
I thought it would, very odd for TC to die off that quickly.
one of the great things with TC is that after a wash provided the surface is still resisting contaminants and dirt, it's as quick to lay down another layer as it is to give it a wipe over with a quick detailer. So get another layer on...
Im sure a soft top would have very little iron or tar contaminants. as said an all purpose cleaner, i used GT W2, and a stiff brush will suffice in cleaning.
have a look at the range available on i4detailing
i had this. turned out the new owner put in a request to change the nunber plate to a private plate before the dvla had received the filled in v5. took months to sort out with them threatening action. luckily i made 2copies of the sale receipt and kept one. forwarded that to the dvla telling...
once a panel is dirty enough, the dirt alone is enough to stop the beading of any wax and sealant. boots of clios are terrible for it. wash it with a wax safe shampoo and report back. id be surprised if it doesnt bead again.
I would typically agree with you, but my last order i placed an order late one night, confirmation email the next morning and delivered the day after. A real improvement over previous experiences. maybe he just doesn't like you, as they are occassionally found lurking in here
remind me next time I see you and you can try out chemical guys stripper scent or new car smell. don't last ages but a quick spray in the air vents after a wash see's you alright
I didn't find the california car scent pots to last all that long. Must be the smell of wet dog, or at least wet kit...
tripple and tough coat both by auto finesse, and an awesome combo, looks great, so easy to use you cant go wrong. even if you over apply its still easy to remove and leave a slick finish.
werkstat jett is another spray sealant thats not fussy, very easy to use and looks good, similar...
it wont last all that long on its own, and probably a little less due to the small amount of wax within it. use a normal wax ie not a solvent based wax hybrid. or a non fussy sealant like toughcoat, werkstatt
tripple leaves an awesome finish
there seems to be a brick wall banging against my head? but what do I know, I'm not even a BWAB
CYC do samples of reload, or try purple haze or blue velvet as the have a very mild colour filling ability
3m or menzerna
polishes and compounds are typically the same thing. know I'm even more certain you need to read the guides before you even pick up the polisher
i understand not wanting to spend too much money, but if all his hard work washes away with the lightest of drizzle, its not realy gonna be worth his time or effort. false economy
even the cheapest of waxes or sealants woukd be money well spent
