r26 is very nice to drive, but it never really feels that quick when your driving it. I know they are quicker than the clio, but it just doesn't feeeel it. The LSD makes a massive difference though. Nice cars. Go the whole hog and get the r26r ;) How much is the stealer looking at robbing you...
i've never known anyone spend money on here as you have been recently mate.lol. I've got some ultraleggeras and they are nice wheels. 1.2s don't suit the clio for me.
Re: Bomber's Savage Supercharged Snorting Slut of a Ph1
That's all I was getting at Adey :o. I know they're not cheap ;) I'm with Gray though, I prefer the car slight in favour of oversteer.
:approve: Then you can move it all inside and set up cup racer style :D
I can see this getting...
Re: Bomber's Savage Supercharged Snorting Slut of a Ph1
Fare one, the EC1 does look nice :approve: (want!!! :(). Although I wouldn't trust the OEM ECU for being water proof. I'm sure Jord or Whitely had issues with theirs. "Renault Waterproof/Resistant" = FAIL ;)
Ah ok, i'm with you now...
Re: Bomber's Savage Supercharged Snorting Slut of a Ph1
It's a bit strange Adey, but it might have something to do with the extra weight under the bonnet also? or where the weight is? Although it's probably very similar weight to standard under there now i'd imagine. Time for a suspension...
As said Mark, don't believe this. I wouldn't even trust them that all 3 things have gone to be honest. The odds are tiny. Make sure they don't do the work and take it elsewhere. That quote is a joke!
you'll not get much major benefit with cams alone. When you look at the cost of the parts and fitting, other options make more financial sense. Bit more bang for your buck if you will
Not going to be much of a difference with those mods tbh on a custom map over an rst.
it is easy so long as you read info correctly. It can take a while to dl/ul. Worth it though as the car feels much better through the range. Just make sure you download the correct .cal and .rst from fastchip.
This, as the key's cannot be recoded to another car unless you replace the chip on the circuit board. UCH is under glove box as Chris said, and the decoder is the plastic surround on the key barrel. You just need to remove the steering column cover to get the ring out. Slides off.
No mate, he means that on the 15's, with being smaller wheels, the car looks like it sits higher. Get 15's if you're lowering it, 16's if not. 16's fit the arches best imo
