are you sure it's not just loose spark plugs? cam cover doesn't have a gasket mate, so unless it's been disturbed for some reason (if they haven't been removed before they need prising off). Pics would be useful
Powder coating isn't that quick is it :S sounds like a crap result.

Monk fish made me chuckle.lol. Better pics, put back to standard, then put it up at that price with offers available and it will sell quickly imo. You could make a few hundred quid removing bits like arb etc.
I presume he's on about the kill switch, but they're only on the ph1. The ktec code reader has limited diagnostics mate. Hard to tell unless you're local to me, but it sounds loom related, and a lack of comunication. Have you tried all the relays?
Not specifically coded to ecu, but there are about 4 different ones for clios. All with different signals. In some ways, it's easier to just sell everything together
Yeah my bad. You need upper (sorry Fred ;)) and lower inlets matching together ideally. Plus you'll most likely have an RS stamped one anyway, so less point.
It's about £300 for the kit Dan, but you need to remove the crank pully iirc, so i'd cambelt off jobbie. Nice and cheap if you can get Jay to do it for you ;). Why not just go for the cheaper option of the cup setup, or volvo.
