We tried a bit of split screen yesterday on the boardroom 42" Plasma. Full surround sound too. I'm not a fan of playing split screen, but it was still amazing.

It's 32bit. I usually just install the OS as and when I need to, but I've got 15 identical machines to do this time and wanted to make life easier for myself. So far that's not the case. lol I've left it as is for now as it's easily new enough to have a compatible PXE bootrom.

If I was you I'd replace your modem with a wireless router. You can leave your PC wired to that and get teh wireless adaptor for the 360. Obviously that'll cost a few quid but it's by far the best solution.

Yeah the 360 controller is excellent, but is let down by the D pad. It's next to useless. Pushing it in the direction you want it a nightmare!! I can't even play Street Fighter on it because I can't do the moves I want when I want them.

The new controller is horrid. I thought the beta ones we were sent were bad so hoped the retail one would be better. They are the same!! They are far too light without the rumble motors and now L2 and R2 are triggers which are crap. It's not easy to use L1 and R1 now because of that change.

Get yourself a Wacom one mate, they are excellent. All our artists use them.
