    Scratch on roof

I personally would never recommend TCut, just hate the stuff. PC polishing is machine polishing - does what would take you days and days by hand. It effectively removes the part of the clearcoat that has been scratched, hence removing the scratch. Obviously if the scratch is too deep then it...

    Scratch on roof

You can try Meguiars ScratchX, but your best bet is to get it PC polished.

    ph-otoshoot (ph-ifty6k)

No worries mate, as long as I can see all (or most) of them at some point! Need some cool 'arty' car shots for one of my walls at home...

    LY R27 Plymouth & Ph1 172 A37 - Somerset

First time I've seen one, so nice although not for the subtle and modest amongst us... Couldn't get a decent look as I was with a load of ladies from work and when I said: "that's nice" they all responded "ooh, what is it".... "uh, a Clio... wait, come back."

    LY R27 Plymouth & Ph1 172 A37 - Somerset

Saw a lovely looking Liquid Yellow R27 in Plymouth yesterday, about 3pm just outside the new shopping centre. Oh, and a Ph1 172 waved at me on Sunday as I was driving towards Neil's for a little meet up. I assumed it was Neil or Justin, but turned out not to be, so someone else was in the...

the king is dead long live the king!

I don't really care if a lot of young people can afford my car, I own one because I love the way it looks and the way it drives and IMO it's the best VFM fun car on the road. The more chavs that ruin thew Renault Sports, the more appreciated a good example, well cared for one will become. Look...

Chris, you still planning on putting up a load more photos when you have a minute?

    SRP and EGP... wow

Looking good, my products of choice at the mo as well. As said, keep building up another layer of EGP every time you wash it, weekly if possible. You won't need to SRP everytime (obviously). Then top off with pure carnuba such as P21s or Nattys Blue. :)

Re: ph-otoshoot (ph-ifty6k ph-uck off) Pics looking great Chris, are you planning on uploading more or did you cut the shoot down to the 22 you've posted up? EDIT: Actually read your post, ignore me...

Re: ph-otoshoot (ph-ifty6k ph-uck off) Aye, each one considerably different from the others in lots of litle subtle ways.

    ph-otoshoot (ph-ifty6k)

Re: ph-otoshoot (ph-ifty6k ph-uck off) Good pics Neil, really like ph-our and ph-ive. We were saying at the time that the ph1's are becoming more popular it seems, as people are liking them more and more. Don't think I'd change mine for any other Clio at this moment in time. Good day, good...

Stupid mate and his stupid looking car

I like ST's, look mean, great interior and better build quality. But they're not faster.

    I love Photoshop

Good stuff, like the effects in that last picture.

    Interior grab handles

Incidentally, how do you get the little 'plug' out to remove them from the door cards?

    claying

Lol, a watercolour Clio... waiting for Fubar to create an artistic photoshop.

    Blazing Inferno!

Looking lovely, loser-esque commentary at the beginning though... Reminds me, I need more QD before FCS.

My day with Collinite No. 476s

Looks good. Collinite is an excellent durable wax, especialy good for winter months. But with a finish like that it'll do for the summer too...

    Wheel Refurb & Spray

Don't do it mate, you're looking at £200+ for a decent refurb so you may as well keep looking for a set of Willy wheels, they turn up occasionally.

    New purchase

Nice looking motor, but yeah, lose the sunstrip and wheels. :)

    Models

To be honest the amount of money available plays a large part. I'd say, value for money-wise, that the ph1 is the best because they're so cheap now. But then I would say that! :)

    Few pics from our minimeet

Lol, Macester, Christopher also owns the (almost) unanimously considered "nicest ph1" crown in his former guise as Carbon Copy.

    road tax question

The earlier 172's are slightly less, by about a tenner I think.

    Few pics from our minimeet

Are you two old enough to drive!?! Both look about 12... ;) Oh, nice cars, loving the RS rep although 15" F1's would look nicer - in anthracite.

    Another puncture...

That's two in about a month - forced me to get both rears replaced today, how annoying. Still, nothing can replace the feeling of new tyres on the road, lovely. :)

    Interior grab handles

Pester Middo... if enough of us do it then he'll bow to peer pressure and respray all of them for us.

    Silver Ph1 172

Tell me about it... tried to beat my old man home back to my place, so thought a cheeky short cut through Marsh Barton - took ages!

    Dusty car

Yeah that's the trick, decent quality to minimise the risk of swirls.

    Dusty car

Yeah, Meg's last touch is good. I currently use a Poorboy's waterless wash, can't remember what it's called, but it's very good also.
