This. I can have an engine and box out in two hours with a crane. Putting back takes a bit longer obvs, but do-able in a weekend taking it relatively easy if you know what you're doing.
Stick to genuine mate. The aftermarket ones are rubbish. Second hand one off here from a breaker should be £80-120.
That said, i'd be taking that to an exhaust place and getting them to repair it.

Bonnets from a Ph2 172 will fit your 182, but if you want to find one in the right colour, let us know what colour your 182 is and we'll tell you the colour name for it.
At high revs? Could well be the exhaust mani hitting the subframe.
Try loosening the upper engine mount, pulling the engine towards you and tightening the bolts.
If that doesn't work, then it's new dogbone mount time (assuming it's the mani hitting the subframe).
