I've had H&R's, very very good for day to day, now running some Bilstein B14, little firmer, but very good!
182 without cup packs it says? 54mm without (same as a 172) 50 with cup packs. But as said, check yours as its easy for people to piss about the with wheels
Tbh, i had one, and imo they are a bit of a gimick...... Used mine with a few good foams, and got the same results (not very good). Imo your better of with a prewash, then 2 bucket method etc.
Think so, whenever i'm in the passenger seat it always feels higher..... The vibration mounts are the black bits under the saet, you should be able to see if they are still there :)
Make sure the pollen filter isnt fekked, if its not changed regulary it can cause said symptoms

I've had a 197, got on arverage 27mpg....... Now got a 172 Cup, and get around 37. Think alot of the low mpg figures you get off guys on here is becaue they are mainly city cars. Most of my driving is A/B roads, and at least 20 miles at a time. I for certain dont nanny any of my cars. Once warm...
