You don't have to do anything. It's your life, make your own decisions about who you wave too.
I wave to everyone, no matter what car they drive. And when a bus comes along....well, it's like the happiest time I can have!
If you are struggling with VTR's, your car is bust! I had one in my boot whilst going through a 1 mile long contra-flow, restricted to 30mph, which began to annoy me. When I cleared the roadworks, I opened up the taps and he was lost within 10 seconds.
Have a quick toy with some cars when accelerating onto a motorway and you will be happy again. Especially if it's something like a Crossfire or Z4 (below 3.0) as they will expect to blow you off the road, and will not!
Then you will be like.....'VTR??...what VTR?'
Have to say, I agree. It it very annoying at any time of the day. Some twit goes up my street everyday with the loudest car in the world and it really pi$$es me off. He sits for ages waiting on his burd and vibrates the whole street. There is just no point in having his 1.4 Civic that loud. His...
It's a Vectra. As soon as he tries to turn, the game will be over. So what if it pulls a bit harder, anything you lose on the straights will be gained on the brakes and bends.

Try it and see what happens (somewhere safe and legal). As with most cars of internal combustion fashion, yes, you have to rev the car to hit the top speed.
Brembo Carbons seem to be the choice on here with Ferredo DS2500 pads. They squeal though!
I have Black Diamond discs and DS2500 pads and they work very well. Best mod I have made. Dot 5.1 fluid and Goodrich braded hoses.
Thats is crazy money for insurance. I would wait till you have some NCB's built up and stick with the Saxo just now. Great cars for what they are.
The Clios are great fun but they are not worth £1300 + per year to insure, imo.
If you do, don't let anyone fool you on here, the 172 Cup is the...
Simon, that video is way louder than mine. My idea of loud is anything louder than the standard exhaust. If you are interested, let me know. I can assure you it is nowhere near that loud.
Duncan - cheers for the prices. At least I know what to expect.
How you much do you think I would get for this? It was on my car for 2 weeks, so is still in good condition. Paid £350 for it - was just too loud for me. I prefer the quiet stealth sound/look.
Cheers
Fair enough. Not sure how you counted 9.9 secs but near enough. You must have a special 1.2 with the 1.6 engine because an induction kit alone will make next to no difference on a 1.2 engine. Will sound a bit better.
