It's not exactly a caning and after 100-120mph, the Veyron will begin to show who's boss.
The impressive fact is the that almost anyone could sit in a Veyron and drive it, especially in a straight line to above 200mph. I bet there are not too many average drivers who could get more than 80%...
You can tweek them yourself to give them less movement. I got new ones and still found them to be loose, so I cut some stiff hose pipe into small lengths and stuffed them into the spaces around the rubber. Works a treat!
Bit of a pointless experiment, giving a score after each run. The only interesting part is the distance by which the Bug wins. Would be better to see what the advantage is on the other side of 150mph.
The thing that impresses me is how effortless the performance is.
I agree. Too big and oval just looks gash. It also creates a bit of vibration so I will be removing it asap but not sure what to replace it with. I want it to sound standard.
Assuming these guys are not Tour riders, I don't think 30 mins is achievable. A normal car (Focus 1.6) will take around 10 mins, driven hard. I reckon it will take way more than 3 times this for a good cyclist. I would like to know!
Not long added a Magnex cat back system to the Cup...
Hate it! Looks pi$h, sounds pi$h and I am slightly embarrassed to drive the car. Everyone to their own but it's too loud (for me) and it has to go! I am not sure how some people with the proper 'loud' stuff can accept the noise, all the...
Modded 172 - no probs really. They are fairly close as standard but the 172 will nip it. My mate has the 'Supercharged' Cooper S and I took him out in the Clio after I just bought it. His face dropped!
On the other hand, with a girl driving......just kidding!
Tough to say as there are so many hills and bends. I reckon just under an hour as they wouldn't get much above 35mph and would be as slow as 10mph on hill climbs etc. Just a guess.

T-Sport - you havin' a laugh, is he havin' a laugh? My kettle boils quicker than it takes to reach the power in that car. And it handles like pig $hit!
