None then. 2.0 16v from a mk1 phase 1 (f7r engine) is your best bet. In which case you'd need a whole car for the engine loom and for the price of a Decent one your better off buying one and using it anyway which engine do you have? 1.6 8v?

Are you doing the work yourself? can you wire in a standalone? can you build engines? are you any good with spanners? You need to know if you can do all that before even choosing an engine. But as above plenty to fit in there only a handful that I've mentioned fit straight in on the mounts and...

When I say base spec I mean from cars with no a/c electrics etc. but being French even some of them have height adjustment :( might try the idea I seen on here tbh

That has height adjustment ;) (note the lever) plus its more than I wanted to spend tbh lol

F7R. F4R with Clio pistons or F4rt Only f7r will go in without messing with the electrics and going standalone, but even that requires some fiddling

Yeah but I can't find any lol. i have seen another idea on here from one of the French Clio owners which is welding a piece of steel across the car then mount the sliders to the metal and the seats job done. Easier to find some steel than some Lhd frames lol

Basically the seats on the megane mount to " side mounts" (bits of metal sticking upright bolted horizontally through the seat) which are then bolted to the sliders. What I've done Is mounted some angle iron across from side mount to side mount so I have a flat surface to bolt the seats to. Job...

Yeah I know hence I've modified the side mounts on my seat :) basically I've put angle iron across the seat from rail to rail so the seats can sit on them. that was easy on my passenger seat but because of the height adjustment on the drivers seat it's not possible
