UPDATE:
The third party insurance have inspected the car and have deemed that all the parts needed to fix it up etc will cost more than 60% of it's value. Therefore at this point in time it looks like it's going to be declared a Cat C. Nothing is confirmed yet, there is still room for some...
Just found this:

Perfect. Cheers
Didn't realise the throttle body came away attached too. Should I just cover this up with paper when spray painting the rest?
Not sure if this is actually what it's called or maybe plenum chamber?
But I want to remove it and paint it, mine looks a little bit worse for wear. Now this is as far as my engine knowledge goes I'm afraid. I'm willing to try and learn new things as always but I obviously don't want to f*ck...

What Chris said exactly.
It's swaying more in your favour though seeing as he hit the rear of your car. How someone can not see or hear another car next to them let alone slightly in front of them is beyond me. Unless he checked his mirrors, all clear, and you were going so so fast that...
Not sure about coilovers as I haven't gone down that route sorry. I have standard cup pack dampers and Eibach sport line lowering springs. And my full setup is perfect for track at the moment.
I'm not sure if G172 is an official trader. Look up his name, it'll say underneath if so. But...
