What car have you got? A standard Renault cat for a 182 is just short of a grand if I remember correctly. I went for a Milltek Sports Cat. Was £310 delivered from J W Racing.

Matt at Codered charges £525 for: Cambelt + rollers, Aux belt and Dephaser = £525 This is where I'll be heading in the next few months for mine, only about half hour from me.

I'd use some cable ties too, so that it stays in place

I once asked K-tec about installing a 225 engine and components into mine. They said it was a very difficult job to do due to the size difference. Didn't even suggest a price. So I left it there.

Not sure about coilovers as I haven't gone down that route sorry. I have standard cup pack dampers and Eibach sport line lowering springs. And my full setup is perfect for track at the moment. I'm not sure if G172 is an official trader. Look up his name, it'll say underneath if so. But...
