lol. I dont see the point in putting extra key words in like williams to get found.
Like when clio parts are advertised with extra words like "saxo" , "peugeot" etc....they must be daft.
use some pliers or something on the chip side of the pin to act as a heat sink(so you dont damage chip) then wait till soldering iron is hot and desolder.
maplin have got some adjustable ones on offer for around 12 quid at the moment.
Any chance you can fit my coilovers tomorrow.lol. I know its short notice, just need my eibach springs off asap for a sale.
pretty please????? I have been advised not to do it myself. Might be a good idea seeing as I have never fitted them before.
I had a problem tight round roundabouts because tyre pressures were too low, the front end was gripping more and oversteering so sending me into sideway slides, upped the pressure all round from 28 (ooops, should keep an eye on it) to 32 f 30r, all is good now. Doesnt slide as much.
you would regret it. I am painting the hard to polish bits, the renault sport is easy too make shiny. Took me no more than 5 minutes with my drill to do 4 stages of polishing.
I guess around 15 hours or more. I was messing with different techniques :- dremmel, halfords wet/dry, cheapo pound shop wet/dry, wire brush on drill and finally linishing kit and polishing mops. The latter appears to be the easiest and most effective method.
One tin of hammerite smooth and still half full. Done front calipers and fuel rail guard, will be doing top of plenum tonight, around the lettering bit.
Finished polishing the plenum today, what ya think?
around £25 for a new arch liner. I paid £50 odd for left and right ones. you need two rubber plug things unless you can get the old ones out without damaging them.
