I would get your own insurance for a year, get one year ncd like i have done then go with greenlight. They will sort you out if you are over 21.....sorry if you arent, dont want to rub salt in the wounds.:(
guys dont post up that you have decats on public forum. Insurers are always watching.
I would never personally have one as they can cause problems with insurance.
edit: isnt the 182 cat more free flowing anyway. i thought it was 100 cell compared to the 172's 200 cell?
Ok dude, i would go with greenlight as they are a specialised company who deal with enthusiasts who probably dont go out of their way to crash their cars.
Where as a standard run of the mill insurer will have thousands of chavs cutting their springs and crashing through halfords declared on...

I will be on look out for a laptop with broken screen for my install, and putting the touchpad on the arm rest in the door.
Only problem with laptop is how long it takes to boot, where as pc systems can be setup to boot very quick.
