Cheers dude, I did think that was the case. But does the dephasor actually need doing, I mean I can live with the noise for now it's not that bad at all, just don't want something bad happening from it and being in a complete mess etc

mine sounds similar too actually, however all my belts and pulleys were done at Renault 2 years ago, 5k miles ago that was.

Might be bit of a stupid question, but just because I have the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel am I wrong to assume I have it? I have read the manual, and cannot find the number 1 button (on switch). It's meant to be on the left hand side just behind the wheel. Cheers

I had the same advisories too. I asked the guy, apparently there are many new rules for MOTs, he said it was a pass, but he just put that down to cover his back because he couldn't actually check what he needed too.

I might have just put a report in too, and emailed the seller
