Yup that XFX card is fine.

They will all be fine and just to put any last doubts at rest you can see they all support "TV out" for your current tv and if/when you get an LCD you can use the DVI connection instead.

It's a basic card so it depends what you need from it. Is it a good card for web browsing? Yes. Is it a good card for gaming? Hell no .

Nearly any graphics card (PCI, AGP, PCI-E) will have s-vhs output on it and you're not doing your pc many favours by using a limited PCI card. The only people that buy PCI cards normally are people with antique pc's and no other option. Your Geforce 6200 for example is available in AGP aswell...

Your motherboard is an AGP motherboard so it there any reason you got a PCI 2.0 (basically very old technology) graphics card? The card will work with your motherboard but the AGP port is a dedicated "Advanced Graphics Port" and the correct card will be much better. Regarding the 100% cpu...
