Just had an 0131 (Edinburgh) number call me saying "Hi I'm calling from Renault Wolverhampton, can I take some personal details..."
Now my car was in Renault Wolverhampton this week and I didn't have any problems but why would someone from Scotland say they were from a dealership in the West...

I'm with Direct Line so do I have to contact them to get a stone chip sorted or will one of the major windscreen companies take care of the paper work?
I guess it's free as I've got fully comp cover?
Pretty much agree. My old Bulldog connection was 100% stable and speeds were good.
The fact they overcharge people, can't work out how to send bills correctly and are impossible to speak to ultimately led to me and them parting company.
Imediately.
Your contract with BT is for the provision of the line and monthly line rental. Pipex talk merely gives you cheaper calls than BT.
You still have to pay BT for the line rental every month.

I'm using a Samsung HTUP30 Cinema system via the USB input. It has a MS logo on it and definately plays .wma's so perhaps that's why it also plays these. I assumed they were AVI's as it's a DIVX/XVID player.
Tony sorry then mate. My fault for not checking and wrongly assuming what...
They are just normal avi files mate (albeit weird file names). I've got a DIVX player so I just copy the avi straight onto a cd but you can convert them to dvd just as easily.

All UK based ISP's follow IEC standards. Trust me I should know.
Actually let me edit that - "should" follow IEC standards but you are correct in saying that some may not.
