id recommend a cup splitter.. just fitted one on my 182 and its suprising how much different the most expensive thinnest strip of plastic in the world can make.
cup splitter
used the pit, was even a ball ache then.. cant imagine how difficult and annoying it must be doing it singlehandedly on your own with no pit or ramps!

i turned down an invite to max power.. was so tempting to go.. only because it would mean doing 200 miles in a TVR tuscan.. but no way was i paying (probably 30 quid knowing them) to see a tiny show full of crap.
20 with 2 years no claims driving for just under 3 years, 3 points for speeding 1745.10 is the cheapest i could get on my 182. it was actually £100 dearer for a 172?!
the bloke i bought it off only bought the cup suspension pack on it..
he said the cup rear spoiler was too big, said the clio roof sloped down towards the back then had this cup spoiler that turns up and didnt like it as it didnt flow with the car? i ideally wanted both cup packs but to be...
had it almost a week now and loving it.. allthough ive used quite a bit of petrol and have had to wash it twice and polish it once!
and its dirty again now!
went out to do some B road bashing and thought id take my camera with me.. for some reaosn the clio doesnt look as good in pics...
i reckon when i finally manage to find one for sale.. im going to use the pit at work then to fit it! doesnt sound like the easiest of tasks.
i thought theyd just clip on? someone told me they take 10 mins to fit and are a piece of piss!
i was hunting for a 1/18th 182 but couldnt find one..
only seemed to do v6s (cant remember if they were only 1/24 too..)
if you do see a 182 on your hunt, id be grateful if you could post the link!
make of it what you will..
was damp ground, run 1 and 2 with ESP on (note the RPM bogging down considerably more), run 3 with it off. standard 182.

do all 182s come with exalto 2s?
if so whats the difference between them making the cup ones have a stiffer sidewall?
are they a different tyre code or something? as obviously youd need to replace with the stiffer ones and not normal ones?
