You can. There's all sorts of constraints placed on the engineers from regulations, marketing dept, NVH dept etc. It will be a compromise, built to a cost. No arguments tbh!

Sorry to disagree massively, but I do! As with engine tuning, Renault are bound by compromise. They can't go too extreme with the suspension setup, as they'd reduce the potential market for the car, and these cars are built to a cost at the end of the day!

I'm with you fella. For the time involved and the outcome, what's the problem? We all know that given the law of diminishing returns this won't twice as good a service performed for £3.5k, but if you want the best, who cares?

Done correctly, nothing wrong with finance. Fella I know is running an S500 for £6k a year, it would probably depreciate more than that if he'd bought outright.
I wouldn't, because of the type of person that would want to rent a hatch out. I'd happily rent it for track days, where there would be supervision in the passenger seat.
