The Cooksport (Trader on here) springs are getting good reveiws on here. Have a search for pictures of cars with them on There was a group buy for circa £100 iirc with the "normal" price being circa £120.

As above , get it running right mate before spending money on mods. If you become a member you will be able to see all the Traders's sections on here and see which is the closest to sort your dephaser and cambelt kit for you. They will be competitively priced and will use proper timing...
