Same here.
What people fail to see is that being light is good at times, but sometimes it's a hindrance depending on the discipline. The slightly extra weight over the slightly wider front tyres on a 182 Cup give it better traction off the line.
The BMW M3 CSL has a slower 0 - 60 than the...
There's half of one showing here: http://www.rapidpants.com/images/gallery/motors/2004/ds150804/DS_070.html
Isn't it Capsicum red, the same colour as the Trophy? Link
After Freds post of one of the pics from the ClioSport Easter 2004 holiday I thought I'd post this link up to my (rather piss poor) website. I'm sure we'll have had loads of people join up recently, and they won't have seen a lot of the pics. There's loads from shows, meets, track days etc...
Oi Fred you theiving b*****d, that's my pic. lol Mine isn't very straight either, but then I was so pissed still I had to be driven most the way home in my own car.
Here's the rest of them: Scotland 2004
Trust what Jeremy has to say, he's not some bullshitting sales and marketing person, he drives these cars hard on and off track and knows what's good and what's not.
It won't top the drive of the Trophy, but it will be a better all round package.
Nice one mate. I was impressed with the 1.2 courtesy car I had a few weeks back. It's certainly grown up compared to the old model, but you can still chuck it around a fair bit.
It all evens itself out. I bought a new 03 172 import and saved a good £3k on the price I would have paid at a dealer, when I traded it in with a Renault dealer I got a part ex which was £1k less than if it had been a UK car.
I had loads of warranty work done on mine, but I did only keep it a...
You know the road between Brownhills and the large A5 roundabout with the two pubs on it? They often just stroll across the road there. There are a lot of comical warning signs. I tend to use that stretch to pass people....:o
Shorade do have a very good reputation. Other than a Renault body shop I'd go with Shorade.
Renault Wednesbury Bodymatters are very good if you want to try an official Renault bodyshop.
Mate that's terrible, I bet you feel sick.
I've had the same thing happen to me near there, on the stretch between Brownhills and the A5 island, luckily I didn't hit the dear.
I thought it must have been Dan you had been to see.
I saw the car coming towards me with the small plate, then I recognised the reg and saw you behind the wheel. My misses thought I'd gone mad. lol
Your car was looking spot on mate, mine was filthy.
What the hell were you doing driving through Cannock on a Saturday afternoon?
I'd just been to get some petrol down the Shell station and was taking the misses shopping, well sort of, I came away with Ghost Recon and some trainers, she at least got some trainers.
The tilt is okay, the slide on the drives side requires me to wrench it back, making look like a t**t. The passenger side is easier, but then that one gets moved a little more often.
I can barely move mine. There's no room behind it anyway. I had someone in the back the other day and she had to go behind the passenger.
They do make the rears a waste of space.
Nice one mate, but just look at that body roll, you wouldn't get that in a Trophy. ;)
Your misses reckons you have a chavs car? I took mine out to dinner the other night and she refered to mine as a boy racer car!! I was giving it some though, as we were late because she was busy doing her...
