dont get me wrong its one of my favourite ever colours on a car and ive seen one around swansea which does look epic in the sun but after 2 dull pictures in this thread im starting to think again about it :( looks like a dull british racing green in some pics :(
its expensive for young lads because bellends like you and 90% of people you know dont declare their mods!
my insurance bill is though the roof because you cant afford to insure something that you do anyway. if you cant afford it DONT GET IT! its a problem with most of todays society tbh. people...
yeah the whole lot will be balanced. i just want to save myself a wedge by doing it this way rather than buy a new flywheel with a custom (renault) crank bolt pattern on it
lol i cba to draw it but basically i was going to bolt a spacer (that it needs) to the engine and have the bolt heads countersunk into the spacer then have protruding studs with the correct bolt pattern to bolt the flywheel to the spacer. giving me the clearance i need without the hassle of...
im currently doing this (6speed) with an F7R in my megane mk1
massive help from scoff who is a genious :)
and it will fit on the side of an F4/F7 in the bay because its a 3 shaft box so its fatter not wider. issues in a clio are subframe iirc
the last post in this blog shows how much...
shame he smashed the front up at the ring a few uyears ago tbh lol.
only just been put back together in i new shell iirc with mismatched front bumper and wings
if i didnt have such a problem with the rear end of these id have one by now! love the front end! its how a car should look.
my mate has a s14a iirc and thats stunning inside. took me out in it after he had it RR'ed at 340bhp and it put a huge smile on my face. even liked it in purple!

no the sleave... i think
basically i need to know if the clio bushes fit into megane mk1 wishbones. theyre the same design but ive read there are a few diffrent sizes.
theres no specific mk1 powerflex bushes to buy
isnt an exhaust a "lifed" item or a wear and tear item? just like brakes and tyres?
in that case do you have the original make tyres brake disks/pads, spark plugs, oils?
if your going to be picky ;)
£3k for a turbo conversion
+
£1.5k for some throttle bodies
=
empty wallets.
no point spending that extra for the throttle bodies when you can get sufficient power from a turbo alone. not sure how much ktec actually charge mind so may be more than what ive just said
old school megane ;) so no vvt.
ive had 50mpg out of it on the motorway to FCS before now and around town not taking it easy at all id see 35 easy, averaged about 38-40 mpg.
thats all out the window now anyway, 2.0 turbo in there now
i would imagine the wheels are fairly well balanced but when you put a tyre on it it would throw the balance out depending on where the heavier bit of the tyre is on the wheel.
put a new tyre on the same wheel and youd have to be extremley lucky to have the havy bit in exactly the same place to...
lol your a funny one!
i hope this chav phase holds out untill your 21. just for kicks so that when i do come back in a year its still a chavbox.
each to their own i suppose, glad i grew out of it myself :)
ive noticed it mainly on the silver sports that the front of the car usually looks a slightly diffrent colour to the rest of the car.
would irritate me tbh. i imagine the paint takes diffrently to the plastic and the metal?
